Alternatively, print and mail the form with a cheque for $115, made payable to Kihikihi Waikato Eventing to Mrs A Jenkins, Buckhaven, 321 Newman Road, RD3, Te Awamutu, 3873. Applications will only be accepted with full payment of $115.

Confirmation, Exhibitors Pass and a receipted invoice will be mailed to the address provided.

Exhibitors need to provide their own canopy or tent. For canopy hire we recommend you contact Carlton Party Hire Hamilton.
