The Mitavite International Horse Trial has been named the North Island's Best Event for the third year in a row.

Broadcaster Monica Johns who assists the event with television and radio was named Volunteer of the Year.

The award winners were announced at the Eventing NZ Conference held at SKYCITY Hamilton.
